Diagnostic Assessment & Reports

Once our initial neuro consult or electrodiagnostic evaluation is complete, a final report will then be sent to the referring clinician or party, detailing our impressions as well as any additional diagnostic or treatment recommendations that may be indicated, especially where more definitive or corrective intervention may be an option. If the work-up requires further testing or consultation, we will proceed at your direction.

So that we may consistently provide timely new patient appointments and evaluations, our focus is diagnosis, however, pain management services are available on request.

As a dedicated pain diagnosis center, we look forward to assisting in the care and timely evaluation of your patients. We are usually able to schedule patients within 10 days of receiving the referral information. If a more expeditious evaluation is needed, inform us of the circumstances and we will make every effort to provide you with an earlier appointment for your patient.
